The Intergovernment Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation has organized the 3rd Annual Conference "Connecting Rural Communities Africa Forum 2008" (CRC Africa 2008). The conference, hosted by the Ministry of Information and Civic Education, will take place from August 26 to 28, 2008 in Malawi.

The forum has organized three roundtables that gather together Ministers of Communications, Heads of Regulatory Authorities and Industry players:
