Heidi is responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy for iDisc with Regional Facilitators in the team, packaging major infoDev publications into user friendly formats to keep policymakers, incubator managers, and donors updated on the latest developments within the Incubator Initiative, and contributing to the general external communications activities at infoDev. With extensive experience in marketing and event management, Heidi also oversees regional workshops and inhouse events at infoDev, coordinating content and efforts towards the next Global Forum in 2008. Previously Heidi has worked with SME development issues.  She holds an MA in political science, and is currently pursuing an MBA.
