Business Incubator Network in ECA Region conducts survey on internationalization and networking

3 July 2008 | The infoDev Network of Business Incubators and Technology Parks in Eastern Europe and Central Asia conducted a survey to better understand the motivations behind the internationalization opportunities that business incubators face as a result of globalization. 3 July 2008 | The first World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) held in Geneva, Switzerland in December 2003, brought together leaders from governments around the world to discuss and adopt strategies for creating an inclusive Information Society. One outcome of the Summit was a Plan of Action enunciating ten targets to be achieved by 2015 of which the first is: “...to connect villages with ICTs and establish community access points...”.
